We have a quality management system with the purpose of controlling and promoting the continuous improvement of the processes. Certification in the NBR ISO 9001 standard began in 2014 and since then we have worked to ensure that all requirements are met effectively. The certification guarantees us products and services with a high level of quality and productive efficiency. Our management system seeks to obtain customer satisfaction with quality products, punctuality and attendance to negotiated requirements, the system is fully inserted in the company's daily routine, all practices within the foundry follow a standard already established by the standard, and we are trying every day to minimize the failures so that the satisfaction of our clients continues being met.

The Quality Control of the FAV counts with a fully trained team, specialized in the procedures and appropriate equipment to ensure the compliance with the norms and requirements requested.
